Nominating petitions and consent of candidate forms for town officers must be filed with the Town Clerk no later than 3:00 PM January 28th (Monday). A nominating petition must be signed by one percent of the legal voters which is 2 people. Nominating petitions must contain the candidates name as it appears on the voter checklist. The consent of candidate may contain any nickname a candidate wishes to appear on the ballot. Both the nominating petition and the candidate consent form are attached and can be found under our documents tab. Any questions, call Bonnie at the Town Office.
