Draft SELECTBOARD MEETING

CTO: 7:18 A.M.
ATTENDANCE: Kyle Bouthillier, Douglas Lord, Bonnie Lovell, Susan Irwin and Bradley McVetty
APPROVE MINUTES: Douglas moved to accept the November 7, 2016 minutes as printed. Kyle seconded the motion and the motion carried.
HALL ROAD: Since Mr. Buyak has not responded to the Selectboard’s attempts to remedy the situation regarding his culvert, Kyle moved to contact Town Counsel, Laura Wilson to serve papers to Mr. Buyak to go to Court. Douglas seconded the motion and the motion carried.
CONTRACT WITH MCVETTY TRUCKING: His insurance liability is on file with Bonnie. This item will be revisited once we research start and stop dates.
STOLEN RECYCLE BINS: Elaine and David Hodge’s recycle bins were stolen. No action could be taken on this issue.
NEKWMD DRAFT BUDGET MEETING 2017: Tuesday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the Lyndon Public Safety Building.
WORK ON TOWN BUDGET: They could enter more figures as we have obtained more information.
SIGN SELECTMEN’S WARRANTS: These were reviewed and signed.
OTHER BUSINESS: 1. Pellet Stove Grant. No action taken. 2. Public Safety Broadband Meeting. This information will be forwarded to Fire Warden, William Sanborn. 3. Complying with Act 64. The Clerk contacted Heather Robinson and she will attend next month’s Selectboard meeting to explain more about this. The Clerk will contact Jim Ryan of the DOT about permit compliance by municipalities when road work is done in wetlands. 4. Consoladation of Appraisal Process. Douglas Lord contacted Doug Lay of Property Valuation and Review and Mr. Lay has agreed to come to one of the Selectboard meetings to discuss this concern.
