REVIEW CHECKLIST FOR NAMES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REMOVAL:
The following people have moved out of town to the best of our knowledge and will be challenged if they don’t vote on November 4th: Bonnie Aylward, Douglas P. and Virginia A. Currier, Juli Guay, Karalyn Hurley, Jason Matthews, James D. McLain Jr., Neil and Patricia Perro, Stephen Ramsdell, Stephen Sanborn, Joshua Sproul and Sean Sweat.
Board member Bruce Hobaugh explained that his daughter, Courtney Hobaugh has purchased a new home and therefore should be challenged.
It was also noted that Norman Vashaw stopped in to inform us that he is now registered in Lancaster NH and therefore requested to be removed.
Linda Sanborn reminded us that Relyne McKenzie had recently passed away and needs to be removed.
Everyone on the list except for Juli Guay and Stephen Sanborn will be removed if they do not vote on November 4th or respond to their challenge letters as they have not voted in the past two General General Elections.
ADJOURNED: Susan moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 p.m. All were in favor.
MINUTES Respectfully submitted by Susan Irwin.
