The meeting was called to order at 6:57 p.m.  Those in attendance were Bruce Hobaugh, Bob Lancraft, Bonnie Lovell, Mike Otis, Sean McCarthy, Nancy Desrochers and Bert Desrochers.

The minutes for March 8, 2016 was approved with minor changes.

Mike Otis, Zoning Administrator agreed to the Zoning Boards request that all approved permits issued by him be followed up 30 days after the construction begins and at the completion of the construction.

The agenda for this meeting was not posted. This will be done in a sufficient time frame for future meetings. The agenda will be reviewed by all members of the board and then posted on the website and Facebook.

Zoning permits must include a certificate of occupancy along with a certificate of application within 14 days. The rules are on page 31 of the Zoning Bylaw book if anyone needs further information. A septic permit from the State of VT or a letter stating it is not required must be submitted as well.

The Board would like to offer an invitation to Lloyd Tippett to join the Zoning Board.

Sean McCarthy made a motion to send the Zoning Administrator to look at a property at the beginning of Hall Road for possible violations of 321.1 and 317.1. Bob Lancraft 2nd the motion. Motion carried.

Zoning Bylaw Book – Page 24 needs to be amended and will be on the agenda for the July 11 Selectboard Meeting.

The Website is now updated with all current forms for Zoning as well as the Bylaws.

Bruce Hobaugh motioned to close the meeting at 8:15 P.M. Sean McCarthy 2nd the motion.
