On Tuesday, May 9, the Maidstone Listers and hired Assessor will be working around Town visiting properties that have changed in valuation since April 1, 2022. Visits will be brief, and no internal inspections are necessary.

We are bordered on the east side by New Hampshire and the Connecticut River , containing within its oxbows an abundance of fertile bottom lands for farming, and well known for its great fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Also within the Town is the well known Maidstone Lake with its adjoining Maidstone State Park, remotely nestled among the Town's forests, hills, mountains, and streams.
